  2. The Wrist Coach: Tells you to speed it up or slow it down for fast, effective workouts. It also tells you your heart rate and calories burned.
  3. 80-Page Nutrition & Lifestyle Guide: Gives you the information you need to eat right and get healthy.
  4. DVDs (6 Workouts), CDs (2 Workouts) & Workout Log: Gives you the extra instruction, tools and motivation to keep going.
